The family now living in this Regent Square home has a unique homeowner story. The couple owned the home, sold it, and then moved to another city. When they were ready to move back to Pittsburgh, the home was on the market again, so they re-bought the home they loved.

With young children, though, the couple wanted to renovate the home for convenience. They opted to expand the house, which also allowed for the kitchen to be larger and more open. The addition now houses a master suite, bedrooms for the kids, a family room, and a first floor powder room. A new opening to the rear yard was also built.
