Even contemporary houses sometimes need upgrades to be fully functional for the family. This Valleyview home was too small to accommodate a growing family, but a large addition adjacent to the original structure nearly doubled the living space while blending with the architecture of the rest of the home.

The new addition features two bedrooms and accompanying full bathroom with a large garage situated below. Externally, the design blends with the rooflines and other details of the structure.
